Development layouts for the financier's personal tropical island featured within the photographs.
Furthermore contained in this recent document release is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had created ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and contains a legend detailing distinct parts of the land.
Accompanying this are what seem to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including plans for boat shelters.
More documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative disclosure.
